Submission Text
In 2010, my Verizon telephone bill included 5 separate charges from third party service providers for services I never requested. In each case, I was able to have the charges removed or refunded. But, WHY were these charges allowed to be put on my telephone bill? And HOW can these charges be stopped.
I believe the solution is to ELIMINATE third party billing.
If I was billed directly by each service provider, the charlatans would not be able to slip a fraudulent charge past me.
