Comments:Numerous consumer organizations have found an unacceptably high error rate in the information maintained and disseminated by CRA's. Since this highly erroneous information is the principal ingredient in the credit scores concocted by the same CRA's, fairness dictates that these scores be made available to those persons affected by them at little or no cost. Once the CRA can demonstrate that its accuracy has reached an acceptable level, the question of fees could be revisited.
