Since a free report is allowed once a year in New Jersey, I feel a credit score should be included. If this is not feasible, then a $4.00 charge is more then enough. However, if any charge is levied, I feel many people will just skip sending for a report because they have other priorities to spend their money on. This could be catastrophic.
