Consider NO FEE for one or two reports a year - from EACH company/organization, that profits from an individuals personal financial information. Asses a graduated fee for additional reports, BUT; the MAXIMUM fee should NOT exceed the actual cost incured by the company in generating and sending the report. These companies already generate profit from our personal information - they do NOT need to profit DIRECTLY from us!
