The credit reporting agencies should be mandatorily forced by the FTC to send these reports out to the people anually both rating and report combined, as well as whenever a request is made, a copy should be sent as well at that time including the identity of who is requesting the report/ratng. Most states require this when insurance companies request your driving records.. why not this too?
