<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>I was impressed with the level of knowledge of the participants, their experience, and their compasssion and commitment to the various roles they play in the process. Some suggestions were proposed for improvements in the system--some of these were agreed to almost universally, others were not. But the fact that such a dialogue can take place and that all sides and views were able to be presented and listened to and considered was impressive, and I think bodes well for the future.
