As the President of a cable television company, we do have customers who have passed away, we dont agree with the changes to the provisions allowing collection agencies to go after anyone other than the estate.
As a business we take risks and death is also a risk, we write off our debts if there is nothing in the estate. Bankers have been let off the hook by the Government for to long, they need to follow the same moral and ethical behavior as for all other Americans.
It is immoral to call grieving families, and I hope you would ban such practices
