This is a bad policy change that needs to be scrapped. It amounts to nothing more than a relaxation of rules and a verbal scolding for debt collectors. Do you think these people care about scolding? The rules were put into place to protect citizens, especially vulnerable ones. That said, LEAVE IT ALONE.
