Submission Text
FTC,
Credit agencies should not be allowed to sell death debt to out-sourced debt collectors. The original credit agency should collect the debt from the deceased's estate. The credit agency should be forced to hedge against losses incured with the purchase of insurance policies giving such credit and payed from the interest charged to the credit holder.
Sincerely,
Mark Biczykowski
