Hello there FTC, a person that is trying to recover his or her property is not a criminal. You state that these companies are committing a crime. Excuse me; the person that took their computer is committing the crime. Did you not read the online help where it clearly states that rental computers can only have the killswitch installed? That it is impossible to ‘Spy’ on anyone renting a computer and only after properly reporting the computer stolen can you install software that allows you to take a screenshot, ask for information, and take their picture. You have blown this one big time and I hope these guys sue you for it. Parker, Tea
