The "free" offers that require participation in client offers (such as applying for a credit card or subscribing to magazines) must be prohibited from advertising themselves as free. PLEASE require all these penis enlargement pills to prove their claims or stop making them. Stop the ads that try to look like they're a newspaper web site when that paper doesn't exist and all the content is shilling for a specific product. Crack down on get rich quick schemes. ENFORCEMENT! ENFORCEMENT! ENFORCEMENT! Put more money behind more investigators to take down more crooks. Guidelines without teeth are pointless.
