I am writing to express concern re: FTC Project P094513. I really do believe we should be placing some guidelines on the advertising industry on what they advertise to our kids under the age of 18. They really need to be participating in the fight against obesity by limiting the fats, sodium,and added sugar in the foods advertised. Obesity is a major public health crisis and as a person on the front lines fighting againist the impact of the advertisiing and our country's food policy, I believe this is a crutical first step. Please do the right thing by passing this legistation. My faith in our government process is nearly lost but with this topic I keep writing in just because any small step can make a huge difference for our kids and families.
