It is my understanding that this company is in the process of being awarded, or has been awarded, a significant sized contract for the Veterans Administration CCTV business. These contracts are traditionally required to have a Buy American Act clause and it doesn't look like their product is American at all based on this settlement.
I hope you will look into their continuing to use this claim to unfairly take business away from reputable companies. Please contact the following person at the VA to corroborate:
