COMMENTS ON PROPOSED RULES, REGULATIONS OR AGENCY ACTIONS: The consent order should require Epic Marketplace to place a notice on its website as to the actions that it has previously taken to look at the history-sniffing data for behavioral targeting purposes. Also, the consent order should require Epic Marketplace to pay the government a fine as it pertains to the net profits that it has made from their inappropriate actions.
