considering FaceBook's entire business model depends on the selling of the users private info, it won't be long before other ways to keep the gravy train running. it is cheaper for them to change things only when caught, feign ignorance, pay the fine, and continue business as usual. the fines(if any) and legal fee's(already factored into the bottom line), combined, will be less than the money made by selling users to the highest bidder. you (the FTC), need to put some actual teeth in this order, eg. seize the domain name / revoke business licenses if they start playing games the way Microsoft does (eat the legal fee's and run out the clock in the courts), or this will be a 20 year long exercise in pointlessness.
