Facebook ran a campaign that was misleading. In order to prove your identity (it said) you had to identify photos of your friends. This was a very misleading approach to obtain positive ID of photos of people. At the time, I didn't realize the reality an impact but now that I have seen follow ups to using this type of technology, I realize that Facebook was simply collecting ID facial recognition information. Google has also used Picasso to obtain and steal my photos. I have removed myself from all of the above sources and do not use them.
