I like the idea of a yearly review and report being made available free of charge. It is something I could have used just recently as we began looking into a new housing idea. Knowing our credit record and its status might have assisted us in making changes that would have saved us dollars in the application and security process. My only concern would be that some sort of redundancy be built in for a check and balance, making sure the requester is indeed the legitimate party asking for the information.
