Dear Sir or Madam: My comments regarding the FACTA Notice is as follows: 1. I think all CRA's should issue FREE reports if you are contained in their files, forget the focus on nationwide CRA's, and require free reports from all of them; 2. Consumers need a one-stop, centralized source for specialty CRA's, having to call each specialty agency is time consuming and a waste of taxpayer dollars in a redundancy of employees. The central approach is better, simpler and more inclusive; 3. I believe that the people of this regional which is one of the most populous, should not be the last to benefit from free credit reports; 4. I also think that these CRA's are given way too much power in what they include on credit reports and then make it almost impossible to either contact them directly for help, or to obtain one's report at all. CRA's are relied on too heavily by lending institutions, etc...which makes it even more difficult for people when the CRA's have conflicting or different information from each other. Yes, centralization is the way to go here. Thank you for your time and attention to these comments.
