I would like to see established the consumers right to at least one free credit report per year. Currently the consumer is billed $35 for this information. Why should the consumer have to pay for such information? Consumers should have a right to see what information is being gathered about their personal lives. Why should we have to pay to see if such information is accurate? We should have a right to review and challenge such information, but not at a fee of $35.
