FACTA Free File Disclosure Proposed Rule Matter No. R411005 I have read over the proposed rule and I think it is a great idea. I am a financial counselor at a US Air Force Base and this will certainly help both military and civilians alike. Your plan of implementing it in phases is a good one. I also like the toll-free number, the postal address and an e-mail address for requesting reports. Thank you very much and I hope this bill passes!
