These comments are being submitted by six national consumer groups as a nine-page word document, entitled I have repeatedly and properly attached this document but it is not clear that this web site has attached the correct document. If this web site has not correctly allowed the full and correct document to be attached, please notify me immediately. If I do not hear back very soon from this web site or from the Federal Trade Commission very soon that the system did not allow the full and correct document to be attached, I will assume that it was properly attached. If I am contacted and told that the system has not allowed the full and correct document to be attached, that our groups will be allowed to submit these comments in another manner, and that these comments will be considered as if they were submitted before the proper deadline. Because this web site may not have allowed the attachment of the correct document, I will be e mailing this to several FTC staff within minutes.
