Submission Text
We have long known that children are heavily influenced by commercials and marketing in general, in fact, that is why marketing is so successful. This proposal is a step in the right direction, I only wish it would be implemented sooner. And no, Kellogg's Froot Loops is not a whole grain. High sugar content, and artificial dyes need to be excluded groups, otherwise sugary junk foods with a smattering of "wholesomeness" such as Quaker Chewy Granola Bars or Welch's Fruit Snacks would be exempt, when in fact they are no better than cookies and candy.
