The Government is NOT the answer and more relegations don’t work. Better education for parents would be the best since the market will respond to the buyers wants/needs. Personal responsibility and accountable are empowering, while allowing the blame for bad choices/decision to fall on others robs one of the ability to change and improve one’s life.
