GOOD News! There has been a recent Fundamental Breakthrough in the treatment and cure of all forms of global obesity (including that affecting children) that changes the whole scope, content, and direction of the battle against global obesity including Childhood Obesity, and that therefore radically affects the direction of the work of "The Interagency Working Group of Food Marketed to Children (Working Group)". Hitherto, worldwide effort has been directed at treating the SYMPTOMS of obesity to the exclusion of discovering and treating the fundamantal underlying CAUSE of obesity. We must make the switch from being hypnotized by the SYMPTOMS of obesity -- they are really frightening, aren't they! - to the straightforward scientific methodology of treating the fundamental CAUSE of obesity and achieving a CURE for it that with effort is now open to us.
