Please consider that it is ultimately the parents decision on how they see fit to raise their children. They do not need government to dictate how to raise their children. Parents have the ability to dictate the ultimate success of a product by choosing to purchase it or not.
How a company choses to speak to a consumer is free market approach; the consumer decides if they like the message or not. There are enough real issues in our country without another Government agency poking it's nose in the family's business. This is something that I would expect to see in Europe.
America is different and that's what makes us great. We have the freedom to chose which business models fail and which succeed. If a mnaufacture fulfills a need, we will support them....if they don't we won't support them and they will ultimately go out of business. It's the Amercian way.
