I just got my free yearly Experian report. It's mildly annoying that I have to set up a reminder system so that I get the reports each year. But that isn't something I think you need to particularly worry about. What I found confusing and irritating was having to find the "get your free report" button at the bottom of a long page of advertising. If I wasn't fairly savvy, I am pretty certain I would have assumed that I needed to click on the ad part and would have ended up paying. I REALLY don't think the credit report companies should try and bamboozle people into paying for their free report! Thanks.
