Comments:
When I accessed the website for my free annual credit report I was exposed to a confusing array of choices which I had to wade through to obtain the report I wanted. This should be prohibited. Additionally, one month after obtaining my report I received an unsolicited email implying that I had subscribed to a credit monitoring service when I requested my annual report. I had not done so. I noticed in the unsolicited email that, by clicking on the site, I would automatically begin the monitoring service. This is deceptive. A website with no advertising, tricks, deceptive practices is needed.
