I have changed over to mail and/or telephone to request my reports. The main reason has been that the official website is not user friendly. There are so many distractions that one is easily fooled into going to other websites that cost money as well as frustration.Please keep it clean and focused on what we want ie: to get our free reports once a year without all the bling. Thank you.
