I went to Experian to get an annual free credit report which I received. Only when I noticed a $14.95 fee on my Visa statement did I know that I had signed up for a continuing service which I don't need or want. This is very confusing. I hope you can require a way to get the free credit report without being "conned" into paying for something unnecessary. Thank you.
