Item 1: To end consumer confusion, I suggest annualcreditreport.com or any other name linked to annual free credit report should be completely commercial-free. When I completed the current form, I had to give a lot of personal information before finding out the report was going to cost me. Item 2: I had false credit information entered on my credit report from another party, same name but different address and age. I could not contact the three credit consumer reporting agencies by telephone or email. I had to go to American Family Medical Care who filed the complaint and have them correct the misinformation. I still don't know if the wrong information has been removed because it costs me money to get the credit report. Suggest a telephone number be provided to call the credit report agencies.
