As a member service representative at a credit union, I recommend annualcreditreport.com to all my members. However, from personal experience, I have never been able to obtain all three credit reports from the website. TransUnion always gives me an error saying that it requires more information to verify me and to write or call in. I believe that for annualcreditreport.com to be useful, it should also be 100% functional, and that includes being able to obtain all three reports every time from the website. Perhaps a fine-tuning of the bureaus' verification techniques are in order. Thank you.
