Comments:I propose 2 new requirements: 1. A requirement that the actual credit score be provided for free. The credit report info is interesting. However, I don't understand why the credit reporting agencies have been allowed to consolidate this information into a number without also taking on the responsibility of providing that number to me - for free. I'm sure that most companies that request my credit info concentrate on the credit score and spend very little time looking at the credit report. 2. A requirement to allow for an entry provided by the individual [perhaps with a reasonable character limit]. Listed on my credit report are two "previous addresses". I have never lived at either address (my adult offspring have each lived at one of the addresses). I have not been able to get either address removed from my credit report for very long - if I go through the trouble of calling the credit reporting agency (electronic means won't work), the info can be removed, but by the time I look at that agency again (I have to wait 1 year to get it free), the addresses have returned!
