On July 5, 2009 I tried to get my free credit reports on line. I did OK with the first 2, but Equifax kept putting me in an endless loop. Every time I clicked on a button I thought was correct, I would be sent someplace and forced to start all over. After over an hour, I got a message, "Please Note, Online Delivery Unavailable. At this time we are unable to deliver your credit file online. You may call us to request your credit file be sent to you by contacting us at 1-800-685-1111." A call to that number resulted in a telephone tree that was totally non-responsive to my needs. There was NO WAY to reach a human being! Their website was not at all intuitive and I was completely unsuccessful in figuring it out.
