Please move forward with this legislation, or any similar alternatives! This company is nothing but a scam, and we need to put the breaks on them. I consider myself a generally savvy consumer, yet I still fell into their trap and was fraudulently charged over $100 by them before I realized what happened. Even after a series of terse confrontations with them, they would not refund my money, even though I never requested or used their "service." It's one of only two times in my life I consider myself to have been scammed. These people are crooks and it's entirely appropriate for them to be singled out as such.
