PLEASE KEEP MY INFORMATION CONFIDENTIAL There is a company in TX called MyCreditHealth.com that markets "free" credit reports with a 7 day free trial. The company also "cross sells" with freecreditreports.com, privacymatters.com and several others in a deceptive manner. Customers who sign up with MyCreditHealth.com may inadvertently sign up with as many as 4 other companies, most of which provide similar services and may result in many consumers paying $60 to over $100 per month. Many complain of overdrafts charges to their checking accounts as a result of these multiple, in many cases, NON REFUNDABLE charges. The company will generally make a refund IF the customer threatens to dispute the charges, threatens legal or government action or a report to tha BBB.
