Comments:I am tired of seeing ads for a product making claims for weight loss or something else, then a few days later see the ads for a law firm to call if you were hurt by the product. Of course, the law firm could be lying to you too. If the government was doing it's job the claims made on advertising would be required to be true and all health claims verified BEFORE the product is pushed out to the desperate and gullible. Determining dangerous products and actionable schemes in the court system by counting the damaged and dead bodies is much less efficient than adequate regulation and clear rules for legitimate businesses.
