I'm relieved to learn that the FTC is again becoming an active agency for the American people. I urge that you make a new regulation regarding free credit reports as loophole free as possible and that advertisements that refer to providing free credit reports should include required information that cautions responders to these ads to not provide key information about themselves that could compromise their safety.
