Comments:Websites such as "freecreditreport.com" should ask their targets whether they are willing to enroll in any credit monitoring services only AFTER these prospective customers have been given their free credit report. Moreover, those customers who decide to enroll in the above-mentioned services should be allowed to cancel their memberships BY EMAIL as well as phone. Freecreditreport.com currently permits phone cancellations ONLY. In my view, making a phone call is much more difficult to do than sending an email, as many people are busy working, studying, or both. Furthermore, emails eliminate the hassle of waiting on hold for a customer service representative.
