The FTC's warning statement which I would be required to place on my pumps stating that ethanol "may harm some vehicles," would just cause added confusion for those customers just becoming familiar with E85. Many consumers still do not realize that Ethanol and or gasoline are interchangeable in their Flex Fuel Vehicle. Imagine pulling up to an alternative fuel pump for the first time and seeing that message. I am a strong advocate for any alternative to gasoline. That is why I took the step to install the infrastructure to provide E85 to people in this area. Proper labeling of a new product is an important part of its success. Please consider this in your final design. Thank You.
