I like the clarifications to the Green Guides. They need an update. The comment I would like to make concerns the lack of enforcement of the Green Guides. The FTC spends a lot of time writing the guidelines but very little time enforcing them. Every day, there is an increasing amount of green washing in the marketplace. If the FTC was doing its job, there should be a decreasing amount of green washing.
