<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>Should not allow companies to send/sell magazines/products to people prior to customer's consent.   There are companies out there, for example, a magazine company say 'Home And Garden' just sent out magazines to people's homes and then later bill them.  Some people did not make the order and some companies just mailed out products and later send a bill to people.  This should stop.  Companies should only mail out things if people actually asked/purchased it.</body></html>
