The fact that an AMERICAN can not opt out of a program that could potentially expose his/her medical records to anyone savvy enough to break into a computer is just plain UNAMERICAN! Our medical records are our own personal property. I realize the Obama administation feels they know what's best for all us, but I feel confident that I have the intelligence to control my own medical records without their help.
