I find it of grave concern that unauthorized persons will be able to access my records, aside from any fraudulent access. I find this to be a violation of my Constitutional rights. In my case, any breech of security to my medical records can seriously compromise my medical care.
This additional layer of medical record keeping is unnecessary. We already have an adequate record keeping system in this area that works quite well.
In additon, this will be very costly to implement and maintain and has not been proven to be effective. We already pay enough for our care and do not need the burden of this extra cost.
