The potential for security breach is very disturbing to me. The estimate that there will be about eleven unauthorized breaches of medical record security and privacy per year is appalling. What happens to the person/s after the breach? It makes me want the ability to opt out of the system. The protections must be as comprehensive as possible and individuals must have the right to opt out.
