I absolutely want the right to opt out of having my medical information entered into any electronic medical record system that is set up. I think there is too much risk in its privacy being breached AND in the opportunity for the government to misuse the information.
If it is set up as a completely VOLUNTARY system, then the utmost care should be used to ensure privacy protection. A person should be able to access what is in his file and remove anything that he does not want there.
I am sick and tired of the government trying to control every aspect of life. They do a rotten job of everything they take over.
