I failed to read that there was any monetary fines or punishments. Basically, they did wrong and are allowed to retain all profits and earnings from their wrong-doing? Talk about a slap on the wrist! If I was able to profit (and keep those profits) from wrong-doing, why in the world would I not try to do it again and again and again? (Looks like Intel has already done this.)
