Any platinum item should be stamped with the appropriate % of platinum group metals. I cannot imagine calling an item with 50% platinum PLATINUM jewelry! If the decision is made to allow this designation, then CERTAINLY it should be appropriately stamped with both percentages AND a manufacturers trademark.
