I believe the commission should not allow these changes to occur for the following reasons: These changes would cause total confusion for both the consumer and the retailer. The traditional guide lines have guaranteed a high quality product for the consumer and the retailer. To change the standards would question the value and reliability of a metal considered top of the line and hypoallergenic, to a cheaper less reliable metal. You must question yourselves on this change. Does it really benefit the industry and the consumers? I believe the answer is a "Resounding NO" ! Thank You Eric Peterson Peterson & Young Goldsmiths
