<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) has prepared a letter of comment on the FTC's lamp labeling regulatory proposal (74 FR 57950). However, due to a variety of circumstances we have not been able to complete the necessary internal reviews and approvals for the letter in order to meet the FTC's receipt deadline of December 28, 2009. The MPCA will submit the comment letter to the FTC immediately when it is finalized. Thank you very much.
