<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>I'd like to thank the FTC for pushing forward in the legislation requiring a standardized way of informing consumers as to the value provided by a selected "light bulb" product. This motion signifies a way in which the FTC continues to provide consumers, including myself, a favorable market place through its regulations concerning fair trade practices. I support the FTC in attempting to pass a rule regarding effective lamp labeling procedures. Thank you for your time. Bruce Applegate
